| Faced with the challenge of providing quality education
for a growing parochial school enrollment the Lutheran
School Association purchased a vacant 100,000 sq. ft.
office building.

| Design plans covered 70,000 sq. ft. in facilities for
elementary and middle school students, and an additional 30,000 sq. ft. dedicated to high school
facilities. |

In
addition to classrooms, BWC was entrusted to design such
special features as a broadcast studio, art room, chorus
and band room, library, science laboratory,
state-of-the-art computer facility, theatre, and
150-seat audio-visual room.

Located on a 54-acre site, future plans include ball
diamonds, running track, and the potential for future
building expansion, if needed.
