BWC completed contract documents for the widening and resurfacing of 1.8 miles of IL-29 in Pekin.  The project included survey; drainage studies, curb and gutters, sidewalks, sewers, traffic signals, lighting, and pavement marking. Two major intersection realignments were required for the construction of a five-lane and reconstruction of the existing three–lane urban roadway.
