| This
major reconstruction and rehabilitation of 2.1 miles
of urban street included a bridge over Stevens Creek
and relocation of alignment through a City park and
Conservation District property. |

Traffic
was improved dramatically from the near west side of
Decatur to Scovill Golf Course and Wyckles Road
farther west. |

BWC
completed the Environmental Assessment and 4(f)
report, all survey, and established new grade and
alignment to improve sight distance while enhancing
access at numerous residential and commercial drives
and street approaches, provided a new storm sewer
system, while maintaining traffic throughout
construction. |
