The renovation included remodeling eight floors on the south side high-rise portion of the building and three more floors on the north side, as well as the basement.

In addition to interior remodeling, BWC’s design included private garages attached to the building and complete replacement of the existing masonry north facade with a glass curtain wall.

Design also included remodeling and expanding the existing restaurant and kitchen located on the first floor along with providing a new second kitchen in the basement.
