When the local Wal-Mart decided to expand, it resulted in the relocation of adjacent tenants.  BWC was contacted to aid in this relocation by designing a strip mall that was both inexpensive and attractive.  The design calls for inexpensive painted concrete block and steel joists, but with an attractive canopy to match other canopies on site.  The result was a project that delighted the developer with inexpensive construction cost while appearance and efficiency met with the tenants’ approval.
